Migration of app subscribers on Caroubiz
To reduce platform fees from Apple and Android, this project focused on nudging users to switch from in-app to web subscriptions. By highlighting potential cost savings through simple visuals and enabling easy conversion in just a few clicks, we partnered with the Product Marketing team to successfully migrate over 1,000 users within the first month.
Real-time widget updates for Pro-Sellers
With the launch of the Seller Performance Dashboard and iOS 17’s interactive widgets, I explored ways to extend value through home screen visibility. Sellers can choose between a small widget for quick weekly view stats, or a medium widget for deeper insights—making performance tracking more seamless and accessible.
